Ingredients:
1 brioche bun
1 tbsp Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
Gem lettuce or any other preferred crunchy greens
2-3 slices of tomato
3 gherkin slices
Crispy slaw - a tablespoon of freshly grated/sliced carrot and cabbage combo
3 slices of pickled ginger
