Seaweed Burger

Our delicious 'fishless' burger is super quick to prepare and you most probably got all of the ingredients you need already in your fridge. For the pickled ginger - if you don't want to bother looking for a shop that sells it or wanna save a few quid, then don't waste your time, make it ahead following a few simple steps! Well, okey, it gonna have to steep in vinegar for at least a few hours or a day, so make it ahead it. On the bright side, it's cheap, super tasty and it lasts forever! :-D






Ingredients:

  • 1 Seaweed Burger Pattie

  • 1 brioche bun

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • Gem lettuce or any other preferred crunchy greens

  • 2-3 slices of tomato

  • 3 gherkin slices

  • Crispy slaw - a tablespoon of freshly grated/sliced carrot and cabbage combo

  • 3 slices of pickled ginger
